Terms

MEDIA CRAFT LLC, 1001 South Main Suite 700, Kalispell, MT 59901. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.

The license

A paid plan lets you use Folory to date and hyperlink planner PDFs you have the rights to make. You keep the rights to your artwork and to the files you export. You do not receive the Folory source code, and you may not resell the Folory software itself. Selling the planners you design is the point of the product.

One purchase is tied to the email on the Stripe checkout. You may restore Pro on browsers and devices you control by entering that email and the order id. The free tier is limited to one project in the browser, 48 pages an export, and a small Folory line. Pro and the Founders’ Circle license remove those limits, up to 900 pages an export. Founders’ Circle is 50 seats.

Acceptable use

Do not use Folory to break the law, to upload files you have no right to use, or to interfere with the service, including the license and restore endpoints. You are responsible for the fonts you use and for the products you list for sale.

Internal links are standard PDF GoTo annotations. Tablet apps differ. Test the export in the app you promise buyers. Folory does not warrant that every reader will follow every link.

No affiliation

Folory is an independent product of MEDIA CRAFT LLC. It is not affiliated with Etsy, GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Canva, Keynote, Procreate, PDF-Linkr, or Planify Pro.

Payment and cancellation

Payments are handled by Stripe. The refund and cancellation rules are on the refund page. Completing checkout asks us to supply Pro immediately on the next page.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, MEDIA CRAFT LLC’s liability for a claim about Folory is limited to the amount you paid for Folory in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. The updated terms apply to new purchases and to continued use of the site after the change. A paid period you already bought is not shortened by a terms change.
